看863211的回“急問：aos， no H1B 回國結婚”帖，有點糊塗了。

863211在“急問：aos， no H1B 回國結婚”回帖中寫:“Get married first and then file green card application immediately by follow-to-join using Consulate Processing so that your spouse can get the GC along with you at the same time.”

這是說follow-to-join應該在GC沒批以前交，這樣GC可以一起批準，對嗎？

可是皮匠的博客裏，關於I-824是這樣說的“對於副申請人來說，… … 你必須等到主申請人的綠卡下來之後，才能交 I-824. 此時，填 I-824 的 Part 2 是 C，Part 3 是填 I-485. 所以，在主申請人的 I-485 沒有批準之前，不要著急交 I-824，即使交了也沒有用的。

到底是誰說得對呢？I－824應該在主申請人I－485沒批以前交還是批了以後交。還是我哪裏沒看明白，誤解了呢？
