I read your blog about filing form I-131. It is very helpful. However, I still have the follwoing questions and wonder if you can help me to clarify them?
1. my 485 is pending and I used AP (it is expired now) last year when I reentry US from Canada (for landing). Which document I should provide to show my present status, copy of I-797A (I am working with H1B) or I-94 (the one I got when using AP last year)? (According to your blog, my answer is I-94).
2. I moved to different state after filing 485. I need to file the AP application based on the current address, not the 485 filing address, is that correct?
3. No biometrics is needed since I am applying AP, right?
