1.他是否應該file tax return?有說法是不file的話引起注意的可能性更大，是這樣嗎？IRS和USCIS是關聯起來的嗎？
-He need to file the tax return and report this income to IRS. If he do not do that, he will violate the law and the consequence is very serious. USCIS will check this only during GC application.
Because he worked off-compus without USCIS permission, he was out of status. But if he can get a new F-1 visa to come back, his violation of status will be cancelled automatically and nothing will affect his future green card application.
2.他不用重新簽證，請問在入關的時候會被查出工作過嗎？
-He need a new F1 visa to come back to clear the trouble (see above answer). 在入關的時候 nobody will check whether he 會被查出工作過 or not.
入關提供護照和I20的時候會不會自動顯示跟SSN關聯的工作情況啊？
-No. USCIS and IRS are in different systems.
