Parent GC question-more questions, Please help!

Hi Teacher Pjiang, Xiobaitu, and other teachers,

How can check whether USCIS mailed the fingerprint letter to my Mom or not?
I called 800 number on her I-485 receipt letter, but could not get to talk to any person but a recorded message.

Please advise! Thanks so much!
