一直以來以為應該寄往Buffalo，可是又仔細一看Instruction Guide (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG76.asp)，又覺得好像應該寄往Sydney，NS， Canada, 因為Buffalo是那些有Arranged Employment的人應該寄的， 原文如下：

The instruction guide says: made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.”(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG75.asp).
However the Visa Office Specific Instructions says: made payable to the Canadian Consulate General (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf).
Which one is correct? Thanks a lot!
