我女兒在美國讀書的FAFSA申請

如果我女兒在美國讀書,她的 485 PENDING 兩年了,她有I-94 CARD(有效期到2010年),並有加拿大公民身份.

她是否需要申請AP - (回美紙)並再過邊境有一次,得到一個Paroled admission stamp.才能申請FAFSA嗎?
