回複：回複：I485曾經被deny過就不能再申請AP了？

皮匠老師真是太熱心了。我們附的I485 notice是reopen後的notice上麵寫的是"after review, we have reopened the above application or petition, or reconsider the decision previously issued." notice date是June 30,2008. 上次ap renew denial letter是指的4,2008 denied I485.

我們這次明確指出了我們current I485 status是pending. 不知道為何ap renew還是denied.

我們I485是在NSC, ap renew是在tsc. 不知道是不是他們內部係統沒有同一更新的原因。真是氣死人了。
