I got my greencard(EB2-B) last year, now I want to file I-824 and help my daughter(17 years old) to get her greencard(she is now living with my ex-hu*****and who has her custody)
My questions
1.it is said at USCIS website, 824 will take 6 months, how long my daughter will get her greencard after my 824 get approved?
2.My daughter's case belongs to Family-based 2A or EB1-B as mine? If she is Family-based 2A, looks like she will be over 21 years old before she get her greencard, because Visa bulletin showed, currently Family-based 2A only processed earlier than Jun.1 04
3.My ex-hu*****and needs to give up my gaughter's custody to me before I file my daughter's greencard?
