Question about AP application! Urgent!

Hi there,

I got one question about AP application.


Do I have to stay in the States before my AP is approved, or I can leave as long as I file it in the States. I just filed the AP application and have not got the approval notice but I have to go back to China for a visit. Thanks a lot for your answer.
