1. When I transfer my H-1, can I simply extend another 3 years?
-Yes.

2. When I extended my H-1 two years ago, my company paid the additional $1500. Now I am transferring, is the $1500 still required?
-Yes.
And do i need to pay $500 Fraud fee?
-Yes.
