關於Unemployment Insurance Benefits的問題

剛剛被公司layoff,有朋友建議去申請Unemployment Insurance Benefits.
因為485 pending,在等綠卡,所以擔心會涉及到綠卡的申請問題.
不知道大家怎麽看?
