my case is similar to yours

My case was approved on 10-08-08, but never received card. Called numerous times, INFOPASS once. Finally did my code 2 F on 1-23-09, 45 min later my LUD changed to "card production ordered", but still waiting for the physical card. So my speculation is:
1. code 2 is for the card making, esp. if your case has been delayed for a long time.
2. LUD online may not reflecting your actual progress.
3. Give them 2 weeks to see if the card is coming. Most of the times, people say it will take 7-10 calender days to get the card.
