It's NOT about how many papers you have published. It's about whether the US can survive without. If you cannot convince immigration officers that the US will suffer too much if you leave, you are not going to win your case.

Even if you don't have any paper, you still can win your case.

Only Eb-1 cases need a lot of publications.
