其實前幾天看到這裏有人有相同的經曆。
我的情況是，我住在屬於NSC的地區，可是我的485卻被律師file到 TSC.
我看I131的instruction裏說應該把I-131寄到當初file 485的地方。
所以我寄到TSC去了。結果今天被退回說Per the USCIS announcement issued on June
21, 2007, USCIS instructs applicants that on or after August 29 2007 to
direct file their forms that were transitioned during the 2006 Bi
Specialization initiative. The for filing instructions are by geographic
jurisdiction and form type.

覺得很困惑，難道要寄到NSC去麽， 我的485又不在那裏。。。
現在我的照片被釘到了表格上，表格又被劃了幾道，算作廢了麽？想到還要去重新去拍
照還有填表，就覺得很惱火。。。估計聖誕之前是拿不到AP了，本來還想要回國的。。。

看instruction不仔細。

P7。
If you are applying for advance parole concurrently with Form I-485, use the
filing address listed on Form I-485 for both forms. If you are filing a
Form I-131 based on a pending Form I-485, file Form I-131 with the Nebraska
Service Center or Texas Service Center, depending on where you live.

Don't worry. Just resend the package to NSC.

我renewal EAD & AP 時, 也是先寄到TSC (因為我的485在TSC),但是TSC把我的package
全退給我,也是將照片訂在表格上,還有些劃痕.

我後來寫了一個簡單的Transmittal說明情形,附上所有被退的文件寄給NSC.

Later I got EAD and AP approval in 1.5 months in NSC.
