This is not "轉485". Your I-485 is for you, your spouse I-485 is for him only. But you can let USCIS know that you want to relink your I-485 with all the I-140s (or other types of immigrant petitions) related to you (if PD is current). If you file NIW now and both of you are china born, the already filed I-485 cannot be linked to this new NIW until this PD is current (and usually also need to be approved)
