回複：問LP的排期

我去年8/2日拿到綠卡，因為去年年底回國節的婚，
- You got married after you got GC, then your wife would be OOS in her H-4. Also you need to file I-130 for her.

所以LP來美國後一直還是維持H4身份(EB2排期)，我8/1日寄出她的case(I485 receipt上寫8/6收到)，8/2日我的綠卡就批了，那她的綠卡申請排期是不是還是使用我EB2的排期呢？還是她的綠卡隨時會批因為住申請人的綠卡已經批了？
