thank you so much! He registered when he arrived US, but he was not aware of. So we checked the service center and it showed that he was registered. We just didn't have the card, so maybe we'll print out the page saying that he was registered.

The other question was: Could he go back to China one day after the ceremony? Does he has to wait for US passport? Thanks !
