請教 Pjiang about 申請妹妹入籍 !!!

我已入籍美國公民.想馬上辦理申請妹妹入籍.但也想邀請她們一家三口今年暑假來美探親.如果我為她遞交I130表,那麽這會對她們在7月初去成都美領管簽證有負麵影響嗎? 美領管會知道她已進入有I130排期嗎? 多謝答複!!!
