Consular Processing or Chang of Status?

EB2 PERM 批了，準備FILE 140。要決定Consular Processing 或是 Chang of Status。我的基本情況是：

1本人出生在中國，是加拿大公民。
2太太出生在泰國。考慮采用cross-chargeability。
3本人目前工作穩定，H1B還有4年多時間。太太也不急於申請工作許可。但我希望盡快獲得綠卡，以便換工作。

請教各位大俠我是否可以考慮Consular Processing？我的理由是如果是Chang of Status，cross-chargeability 成功的機會好像不大。cross-chargeability是Foreign Affairs Manual的規定。Consular Processing時理應沒有問題。但好像很少有人願意選擇Consular Processing的。不知道有什麽我不知道的壞處。
