My lawyer's opinion is if USCIS find you are no longer working with the petitioner (the employer), they will reject I-140 based on that fact. And this is based on a memo after the Dec. 27, 2005 AC21 memo.

Is that ture? I have to decide between green card and offer. Thank you!
