急死了，在線等回答，我的H1出現gap了嗎？

我的H1,１月底到期，因為Human Resourse的耽誤，現在才辦加急H1exention的，估計什麽時候可以收到receipt? 如果到1月底之前沒有收到，我的H1身份是不是就出現gap了？對將來移民會有什麽潛在的影響？我該怎麽辦， 急啊！哪位明白人，請幫忙回答一下，多謝了。
