I do not think so because you have not received the order asking to leave from USCIS yet. A denial notice of I-485 does not mean you have to leave U.S. Only you receive a letter from USCIS asking you to leave U.S. within a certain days. If you do not leave at the deadline, you will be deported.

In the worst, you still have right to appeal if the want to deport you. So, you do not need to worry about that.
