誰有好的建議:J1-Waiver沒回音

國務院於今年1月寄推薦信給Vermont Service Center，7個月過去了，還沒有得到移民局的任何回音，已經試了各種方式: 寫信有10封，打電話數次，發傳真，去INS Local Office，- - -， 都沒有任何作用，簡直精疲力竭了。。。。

那位朋友還有什麽好的意見和建議，謝謝!
