Layoff again, how should I do? Pjiang help

I got layoff yesterday. My I485 was submitted one and half year (8/2007), I already changed three times of jobs, two in in College, one is on company,before and after 485 submission, all are in the similar field. How should I do now I do not have H1 just EAD and AOS status (NIW). What is the risk in the future adjudication?
