回複：請問pjinag---J1返簽問題

請問pjinag, 一朋友J1簽證，有急回國，這裏係秘書email他說如果他在中國逗留超過30天， 他的SEVIS record 會被terminated,
- Probably that's the policy of the institute, and SEVIS records is updated by the institute itself

但目前預約簽證就需要等30天，更別提還有可能被check.
請問pjinag老師，他的係秘書說的是真的嗎？為什麽聽說有人回去呆滿兩個月也沒問題？謝謝！
