持綠卡者在境外超過六個月返美,please HELP!

我爸媽(持綠卡者)回中國快六個月了，但最近奶奶身體不佳，無法及時返回，可能會超過六個月多幾個星期。 海關會拒絕他們入境嗎？Thanks a lot.
