回複：485被拒-需要律師陪同去inforpass嗎？

我律師建議她和我們一起去NY CITY的 inforpass搞清楚原因。但是我要付她$350。我不知道有她陪同有無好處。需不需要找個經驗更豐富一點的陪同呢
-Your case is complicated and very serious because you have been unlawfully present for about one year. If you can not reach your original lawyer, you need to hire another experienced immigration lawyer, not "CRIMINAL CASES" lawyer. At this point, you should not care about the lawyer fee. You have to ask the lawyer to help you to file MTR and if USCIS accept/approve your MTR, your status will be OK. But because you were out of status for such a long time, it is difficult to say USCIS will accept your MTR. That is why I suggest you to find why you did not receive the denial notice.
