H4 renewal,or apply for a new one,Please

answer my following question:

My kids are H4 Visa holders as dependent of me.I am H1 visa holder.Now my LD has a H1 Visa.I want to change my kids H4 Visa status from as dependent of me to as dependent of my LD.My question
(1)Do I need to apply for a new H4 visas,or just renew them
(2)Use which form?

Could you provide some links to me?
