Based on the rule, you need to file H1 amendment from full time to part time job. When you file this amendment, your I-485 might be affected. But if your employer just does this temporarily, you may not need to file this amendment. Anyway, if your employer does not report this to USCIS, they will not know it. Also, if your PD is not current yet, usually USCIS will not send you RFE for your job status, especially you do not change your employer (many people do not get RFE for job status if they never change employer).
