PJIANG, Please Help!

I'm a canadian, moved to US and work with TN visa in 2006. In July 2007, I submitted I-140 and I-485 concurrently. My I-140 is approved and I-485 is still pending, so now I'm working on EAD (AOS), TN visa expired because I don't need it. Now I need to refinancing my mortgage in US. Mortgage company ask me what is my status? How can answer this question? T/N? (actually expired) or AOS? (what is the legal documents for this status?). Thanks.
