急問485 申請人的問題

如果是EB1B, petitoner應該是雇主,而我看見很多人的485 cover letter 裏麵因為是family-based申請,自己變成了主申請人, 然後再加spouse and child. 我的140已經遞交,petitioner 是我的雇主,請問現在交485,petitioner應該是我自己還是我的學校? 多謝.
