會不會有dependent的申請和main applicant的材料分開了而不獲批準啊。
-No problem at all. Your hu*****and needs to inicate your information such as I-485 receipt# on his application form and provide your I-485 receipt, your marriage certification, etc. So, USCIS will know his GC application is dependent on yours.
