今天老公被LAYOFF了。我正在讀書， 有兩小孩。 我們的身份是 485 PENDING >180 天， 都有EAD。 請各位大俠幫忙看看。
1. 老公正在努力找工作，不知道要多久才能找到。 GAP 對綠卡的申請 有多大的影響。 我們的PD還要3年。
2. 我們可以申請失業保險金嗎？
