-No, they need birthdate notarization ( 出生公證) from Notary Public. it is also easy to do that.

3) 生物學鑒定 和 體檢證明 是否需要和 I-485 一起遞交。
-You had better send them together, but you can also send 生物學鑒定 和 體檢證明when you get RFE for these documents later.
