請教有關移民加拿大需按指紋取Police Cert的問題

在準備交申請，曾在新加坡待過幾年，現在我指紋已準備好，可是新加坡警察部門要求出具書麵證明以顯示這是移民部門所要求，而且自己打印的有關申請要求無效。原文如下：

...must satisfy the following requirements:
...
Documentary proof from the immigration authority requiring the certificate. (A print out of the application requirements is not acceptable.)

想讓CIC給我寫證明封信可是CIC網站上沒有找到contact Email，有一個電話也是Canada Only（我現在美國）。不知有沒有過來人或哪位有什麽辦法沒有？謝謝！
