There were several mistakes in the efiled 140 by my attorney. In particular, in Part 1, there was a typo in the petitioner's name (my company); in Part 8 for petitioner's signature, the attorney put my name instead of my company HR director's name; in form G-28, my company was checked as Beneficiary, and the attorney put my name instead of my company HR director's name for "Name of Person Consenting". I do not know what to say. They seem not to have common sense. I really worry this will screw up my case or at least cause additionally long delay. What should and can I (or attorney) do about this? Any comments or suggestions are highly appreciated...
help: what to do if there are serious mistakes in efiled 140?
