回複：急問：去Houston更新中國護照是不是非得在護照過期６個月之前？

I live in Nebraska, supposed I need go to DC in person to renew my passport. Just before Christmas last month, I had a business trip to San Francisco. I thought SF consulate office should be able to renew my passport, it can save my trip to DC. When I went to the window to submit all my paper work at SF consulate office, a lady (not very nice)told me that I have to go to DC for the renew since I live in Nebraska. What kind of stupid rule is that!.
