如果485批了。我是不是還要提供上班的paycheck?
-If your I-485 is approved, that means you get the GC and you are allowed to stay in US as longer as you want and do not need to provide any document such as paycheck. The problem is before the I-485 is approved, USCIS may ask RFE for your employment status,and if you do not have a job at the moment, your I-485 might not be approved. So, you need to find a job as soon as possible.
