申請公民的問題

I have had a green card for over three years. Now, I am married to a US citizen. I will take my hu*****and's last name. I have following questions:

(1) should I file I-90 first to change my last name on my green card? or should I apply for citizenship first?

(2) how do I apply for US citizenship? How long will it usually take for my particular case?
