我們的H1，H4，3月份到期，我是否必須延期？如不延期，我們是否有合法身份，是什麽身份?
-Up to you. If you do not extend, your status will be AOS (this is a legal status).

我們都已用過AP，太太用過工卡，如果延期大家是否又回到H身份？
-Yes, you have no problem to extend your H1. After your H-1 extension is approved, your H-1 status will be reinstated. Your wife can do H4 extension at the same time. If her H4 extension is approved without I-94, she needs to go outside of US to get an H4 visa to get back the H4 status (because she use EAD, and it might affect H4 extension). If the approval with I-94, she needs to do nothing.
