want to discard green card by applying H-1, can I refile I495

I have two approved I140, EA1a and NIW-based.
The approved I485 was attached to I140-NIW and I140-EA1a was filed later.

Now, I want to get a H visa for personal reason, which means that I will discard my green card.
I am wondering if I can file another I-485 to attach to the approved I-140-EA1a 2-3 months later after I get my H-1 visa, without applying I-140 again ?

Thanks for advance!! Any suggestion ?
