回複：Ask pijiang and 863211 for help about I-140 (EB3 concurrent)

I have the same stituation. I-140 and I-485 concurrent, submitted last July to NSC. Some EB1 and EB2 i140 with later submission have been approved already. Believably, my I-140 has been intentionally delayed even though the USCIS denied openly.
