兩種方式申請綠卡, 哪種方式更快?

向各位專家請教一個問題:

我去年十月份拿到Ｈ１Ｂ，本人加拿大公民，　當初在我的ＯＦＦＥＲ上，公司承諾幫今年我辦綠卡，基於現在的經濟情況，　盡管公司是５００強，也不好說是否能兌現．　
我老婆０７年９月拿到綠卡．

我的問題是：　我是等公司為我申請綠卡以ＥＢ２身份呢，　還是以配偶身份申請？　哪種方式更快？以及利弊?
