thanks a lot. So if I could extend my J1, i will do. if not , i don't need to withdraw my NIW and change J1 into into F1, (I don't think the laywer for my niw was wrote a good application letter for me, but i am not sure because no comparition.I just think guess the lettre was not a good quality. That is the part of reason i want to withdraw, ) if both NIW and EB1 a dined, could i filed it again? thanks
