finding of fraud 緊急求助pjiang老師等高手！

今年十月底收到CIS來信說在我的申請材料裏發現不實信息。我仔細一看是我以前的律師瞎編了幾篇論文安到我的名下，並且是在我不知情的情況下把這些材料交給CIS.

我請了新的律師寫材料澄清事實，我覺得我有充分證據證明我對假信息不知情，但是CIS仍然hold me responsible because I signed the I140。看來CIS是要把這個黑鍋扣到我的頭上了。

請問在這種情況下我應該繼續file motion嗎？我已經把能找到的evidence都提交了。

如果被定了finding of fraud，會有什麽樣的後果呢？是不是我以後永遠都不能申請綠卡了？要是我太太以後申請綠卡，我能以family 的名義拿到綠卡麽？Name check 會有問題嗎？

我覺得沒有人比我再申請綠卡上更點兒背的了。請高手們多幫忙，費心了。
