my 485 has been locally approved for 2 months, nothing came yet

No card production notice, no welcome letter, no card, only a sheet of information from local office stating my approval date, but this sheet of paper can not be used as official document to show approval, as stated in the fine print. I filed I-90 but USCIS said there will be no receipt and usually take 180 days to process! My H1B is up in March 2009, what should I do?
