回複：I485 pending並且H1-B六年將到期，可以申請H1-B延期嗎?

聽朋友講, 好像H1-B可以延期超過六年. 但夫人工作單位的負責秘書告知我們隻能申請工卡.
-夫人工作單位的負責秘書 is right. Your wife is not qualified for extending her H1 status beyond the 6th year because she is a dependent for her green card application. She can not use this benefit from your I-140 filing.
