IO needs open records if you did not submit.

You don't need tell them what you will do, but you do need collect those documents if required in the interview notice.

Regarding of the Arrest record, they need open records, which you have to request it from your local police department (customer service or front desk). Court office can print out a copy of your records from their system immediately.

You don't need to give IO everything you prepared, just give them what they ask. But be sure to ask IO to check their computer system to see whether or not they have enough materials.

It's better to say the same thing as stated in your open records for consistence if IO ask. I belive you remember everthing you experienced. The open record shows everything in that bad process. It's better to have one at hand. It's up to you. For your references.
