Naybody ever filed I-90, how soon to get response from USCIS?

I-485 approved in October 2008, still haven't gotten the actual green card yet. Called USCIS they said to file I-90, I just want to ask the nice people here: how soon can get a response from the stupid USCIS? Thanks.
