1. copy of checks people paid you for the service/comissions. If no copy, use invoice copy together with bank statement.
2. income tax return for past 3 years (2005-2007), certified copy, or IRS transcript version.

If you don't have income > 125% poverty for 5-person family. Better get co-sponsor.
